23.04. Mons mutiny in the prison of Mons. About 45 prisoners occupy the yard and tear off material to defend themselves against the police. They set fire to the gate. The police are welcomed with stones and concrete blocks. At around midnight, be driven back the prisoners return to their cells.
25.04., Turnhout two guards being beaten up during the prison yard. Two days later, the guards go on strike in protest against the aggression of the prisoners.
end of April, Ittre at the entrance to the prison distributed pamphlets. The prison threatens to deprive the visitors visit their permits if they accept the pamphlets, or disclose the prisoners.
16.05., Nivelles In response to a strike early ending of the guards lay fire on the roof of the prison inmates. A wing and a few side buildings burn down completely. Feuerwähreleute give later that no evacuation plans exist for the prisons in Belgium. The army is called in to restore order in the prison.
mid-May Several thousand leaflets and posters will be distributed all over Belgium for the demonstration of solidarity with all prisoners in the fight forward. Demo at 02 July in Brussels.
