Healthy Eating / A healthy diet
This Mediterranean snack is prepared easily and super fast, but tastes a "clean place" and is very healthy!
Ingredients: 1 large
bread, grains or whole wheat if possible, but also a normal do them.
Then:
A medium tomato, sliced to
little spice taste, I suppose gyros.
Thin Greek feta cheese slices, mine is made from sheep's and goat's cheese, because it has an incomparable flavor ...
under the grill to bake ....
.... and when done, sprinkle with fresh basil and spring vents.
tastes delicious, the mega, contains lots of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fiber, proteins, and is relatively low in fat.
In 5-10 minutes you have a fast court, also great for losing weight!
would be ideal, of course, a big salad ahead!
